Jord Jharoah B. Valenton

He received his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College where he also finished his Master of Laws. He graduated magna cum laude from St. Vincent’s College Seminary with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He obtained the 16th highest ranking in the 2001 Bar Exams. He completed the summer program for U.S. Corporate Law and International Business Agreements at Boston University School of Law in 2008. He also completed a course on Trust and Investment Management from the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines at the Asian Institute of Management in 2007. He has attended various conferences, including the Licensing Executive Societies, Inc. Conference on Intellectual Property in Phoenix, Arizona in 2005.

Mr. Valenton was a faculty member of the College of Law of Adamson University and the Philosophy Department of Letran College. His socio-civic involvement includes being a trustee of the Vincentian Missionaries Social Development Foundation, Inc. Before becoming a partner of the Firm, he was a junior partner of Manalo Puno Jocson & Guerzon Law Offices.

Rhouan S. Loseriaga

He received his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College in 2002 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2003. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Bicol University. He has attended various international seminars and fora on road safety, toll road financing, and public and private partnerships sponsored by the International Road Federation and the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpikes Association. Mr. Loseriaga completed an advance course in International Commercial Transactions and he acts as counsel to some of the world’s leading suppliers of high-security technology, biometrics, secure documents, and banknotes solutions.

Before becoming a partner of the Firm, he was an associate lawyer of Ortega Del Castillo Bacorro Odulio Calma & Carbonell Law Offices. He is a member of the Philippine Bar Association and the Maritime Law Association of the Philippines.

Ilie Lionel B. Gramata

He received his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College in 2001. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics at De La Salle University (Manila) and has his masteral units in Financial Engineering with the same institution. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2002.

Mr. Gramata was a student-leader during his law school days, having held the positions of Student Council President in San Beda College of Law and National Secretary-General of the Association of Law Students of the Philippines. He was the Philippine Chief Delegate to the 13th ASEAN Law Students Convention in 2000.

He was a professor in the Institute of Law of San Sebastian College-Recoletos and University of Makati. Before becoming a partner of the Firm, he was a senior associate lawyer of JGLaw (Jimenez Gonzales Bello Valdez Caluya & Fernandez Law Offices).
